Sharon Wildwind
—The Calgary Mystery Lady—I’m an Alberta writer, and a fiber/paper artist.
My first mystery series is the
Elizabeth Pepperhawk/Avivah Rosen Vietnam veteran series. I also wrote a non-fiction book about my year as a nurse with the U.S. Army in Vietnam.
Other works in progress include a mystery-romance series set in a nursing station in northern Alberta (see photo above), and a stand-alone, featuring a flight nurse who doesn’t know when to quit.
I also design and make clothes, costumes, quilts, book bags, tea cozies, greeting cards, decorated boxes, non-traditional books, and just about anything else that can be made out of cloth or paper.
As they say where I come from,
