Past Project: Wonky Stars Quilt
  1. Can something finished a few weeks ago be a past project? I think so.
  2. Anyway, this quilt was pieced by my friend, Audrey. The more she worked on it, the more she realized it wasn’t a project she wanted to finish. So she gave it to me and I took parts of the quilt and made a table runner.
  3. I love the way the echo quilting comes together in unexpected ways, with lots of joints and intersections, exactly as life does.
  4. Techno-details: 100% cotton fabric, batting, and thread. Machine pieced and quilted.
